Started taking the fundamental classes with Julie on Monday's very relaxing and a great informative class, Julie makes you feel relaxed and good about yourself. What a great teacher to us newbies!! Thanks Julie

Had my first massage today. Loved it! Stephanie was wonderful !!! I feel great--sooo relaxed !!! I will def b doing this again!!! I also come to yoga on Monday nights with Lizz-love her!! She gets me moving and motivated for the week!!!! Everyone is so nice here. I suggest to everyone to stop in and try something. I guarantee you'll find something you like and you'll love it!!! �🕉�
While in C'dale for the weekend, I took an amazing class this morning with Lizz! It was my first visit to soulshine. The setting, music, and flow were all fabulous. There is also a cute boutique in the front of the yoga studio with some great finds! I will definitely be back!
I have been at the salon for 2 massage service, that were both AmaZing!! They have a very friendly staff and cute little boutique, defiantly stop by to check it out for yourselve ... you won't be Sorry!
