Beware! Beware! Beware! Sean just ripped off a buddy of mine. He's going to rip you off too! Might have a problem with alcohol. Not a drop of silicone was used! He was to install a gas pack unit and never finished the job. Not state licensed or insured anymore. Supposed to start on Thursday by 1pm. Made it to the site around 4pm. Claimed he'd be done on Friday at Noon didn't even show up until 10:30am.
