PJ is a trainer you follow for life. He’s not only capable, qualified, experienced, but he actually cares about his clients success. I’ve hit major ruts in fitness, and PJ always gets me out of them. His workouts are tough and challenging, but for any level of fitness. He keeps things fun and knows how to work with you and meet you where you are. If you are in Tulsa, find PJ and train with him. You will not regret it. If you need to train online, PJ will be there every step of the way.
