In my experience with Soulful Touch, the caregivers are truly caring professionals. The administration is another story. Cold, heartless and only care about the bottom line and that’s what lines their pockets. They charged the insurance over 6 thousand dollars monthly for care but had a hard time getting the supplies (diapers, wipes, creams for her skin) my mother in law needed.
