My 16-year-old daughter went in for a simple trim. She showed the stylist reference photos and clearly discussed what she wanted beforehand. Despite this, she left with severely uneven, poorly cut hair and was in tears. We attempted to address the issue directly and received no response whatsoever. If a stylist is unable or unwilling to perform a requested cut, that should be communicated upfront. First time going to Salon 56 to have my hair colored. I got my hair done today 11/13/20 with Lindsay and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She knows her colors and is very knowledgeable.
