Astrid was awesome! Very knowledgeable, kind and made me feel comfortable! I went in hoping for a snug- but my ear anatomy doesn’t work for it. Astrid recommended a conch and I absolutely love it! They also helped me switch out jewelry for my tragus and it was easy and sized right. The prices aren’t bad and overall the experience was wonderful!!
I came to SoulFire to get my Tragus jewelry changed out after getting them pierced at a place in Portland and getting fed up with the jewelry that was used and learned the lady That did my piercings messed up pretty badly! The staff here was so sweet about helping me and explaining things to me I could tell they were genuinely horrified with my experience Hale cleaned me up and made things much more comfortable for me! Saw Hale this Monday! She was awesome! This piercing shop is amazing. I went here a while back and got a Christina that my body unfortunately rejected, because I guess my body really wasn’t built for it. The owner was really cool about it. Gave me a full refund (which btw, I was not expecting! I just was thinking he was going to take it out and that was that! ) and even gave me a new set up for my belly button with the gem from the failed piercing. Always coming here for any piercing, and bringing all my friends haha! 10/10

I had some upper lobe piercings done back on St. Patty's day, and looking forward to some more piercings soon. Hall was AMAZING! His shop, and what he does in the piercing community are awesome. I had a nice long chat and was comfortable the entire time. Very clean and very safe. Parents, please take your children here and not a place with piercing guns!
