Decent rehab, but poor management. This is not a good loft rental. Rents rise as conditions worsen. It's cheap as far as apartments in the city go, so there are lots of young 20 somethings here, but it's low price is about the only really great thing about it. Apartment units were nice when they were new, but after a few years of wear & tear it's obvious things were done cheaply in many ways, but maybe that's to be expected in most rentals? Soulard Market Loft Apartments is awesome!! Live here and love it! Staff is great, beautiful view from my apartment. Free expanded cable and internet. I will be renewing this October!! I have met many of my neighbors whom are very nice. Love the pool. Maintenance is so friendly and Courtney and Jen in the office are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention they took my 75 lb dog. Really happy so far!

I have lived here for 2 years & absolutely love it. The management and staff are very accommodating. The security of the parking lot and the building is a great sense of safety. I plan to reside here for many years. I highly recommend Soulard Market Lofts .
My friend lives here this is great place they have a nice pool and workout area. They keep the place nice and clean I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for central location downtown.
These apartments are about the coolest apartments I've ever seen what a neat place A must see
