First off, I was made to pay for my "spa pedicure" ahead of the service (including being asked to add a tip prior to the service?!?), then I was not provided a receipt, despite the fact I asked for one. My pedicure, for lack of a better descriptive word, sucked : ( The service provider went through all the motions described in their website, but each step was performed to it's bare minimum. RecommendedMy gel manicure turned out amazing. My nails are gorg and the new location is modern and chic.
I've had good experiences and have been several times for different services. But I went for a facial at 6:15pm and one of the staff had her 2 young kids there, literally running around and screaming the ENTIRE time. That is literally the exact opposite of relaxing. It's a SPA!!! How she thought it was okay is beyond me. I'll take my money elsewhere for now on.
Very expensive. I paid $50 for a french manicure pedicure and there was no massage, scrubs, and wax. Very disappointed. $50 and no massage of any kind.
My go to place for pedicures! The ladies that work there are so lovely and they always do an awesome job that lasts a long time.
My 3rd time here but will definitely be back in the future. It’s definitely worth the higher price you pay compared to some independent body workers/massage therapists. They pay great attention to detail and you leave feeling amazing!
Wow! What an Oasis! Just the lobby of this place will amaze you. I had a wonderful experience, one of the best massages I've ever had. Will definitely be back.
