I had never had hypnotherapy before, so going into this process was very new to me, and although I had previous experience meditating, it was still a very new experience for me. Three years ago I reached out to Virginia. I was in a bad place, mentally, spiritually and physically. I had been going through some difficult times and i didn't know what to do.
