Highly recommend Soul Haven Counseling. I’ve been to several therapists for children and this is the most comprehensive and helpful therapist we’ve been to. I would definitely recommend Sarah as a therapist.
While I don’t know Sarah my experience has been nothing but beyond exceptional with Caroline. I came in to therapy at my lowest I had ever been. Sarah and Caroline are truely some of the most amazing humans around. Their well of knowledge and expertise that comes from these two is incredible and have honestly been such a pivotal part of my life and my journey. These two humans are so down to earth as well and so easy to sit with and talk and gives such a warm and welcoming space for healing and allowing me to develop more about myself.
