The boxing class with Mark is always fun and a great calorie buster. I liked that today's class format was modified from the norm to keep you on your toes. Overall the gym is great!
You have a beautiful view from the cardio area! I love working out here because of the friendly staff! I look forward to my classes starting again!
Andy is the best trainer I've had. He is extremely challenging and amazingly interested in my health, training, and personal growth. Love it here.

Clean gym, friendly and helpful staff with great equipment! I have been to a couple of others gyms but I'm staying with this one!
Taylor is the best part of my day. She is always helpful anytime I ask her questions in rearguards to Pilates / diet / exercise. It is nice to know that when I come to work out, there is someone there to answer any questions I have.
I think that the equipment all appears well-maintained and adequate. I like the rooms for floor exercise.
Great Staff, all the equipment I need. This is a great location, very easy to get to. Never any problems. I have been here for 8 years!
