Stay away! Horrible customer service from the staff and general manager. When discussing with the staff a double charge on my credit card they said they were not able to help and to take it up with the manager. After following up with the general manager, Glen, he said that all he could do was credit my account another free month. Surprised by this, I reiterated that it was a bad charge and I was not interested in a free month - adding that if he didn't reverse the charge I would notify my credit card.
