Before receiving treatment, I called Soul Dental to confirm they accepted my insurance. Upon arriving for a checkup and fillings, I asked for the cost. The staff reviewed my insurance coverage on screen and assured me the procedures were covered 100%, both in and out of network. Based on this explicit confirmation, I authorized the work. i am not kidding when i say this is the absolute best experience with any doctor i've pretty much ever had. as well as the office staff, everyone was beyond helpful, lovely & welcoming. Dr. Brock Reichardt knew i was having a ton of anxiety about it but talked me through everything & explained any question i had thoroughly. when it came to the actual appointment, he continuously made sure i was doing okay & was super fast. i didn't feel anything at all & even asked if the tooth was out already it was that fast!! overall, won... read more
