This type of therapy is not for anyone that is not Christian. This style of therapy didn’t work for me. I was told that when I live with someone else there is no privacy or boundaries. I was hinted at that I was being selfish. Basically it was giving you need to obey thy father and mother no matter what vibes. First therapist in my life that went straight to defending my crazy, controlling mother. Also told I need to be more positive next session.
