Dr. Berlanga is truly a gifted and compassionate therapist. She’s incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and creates a safe, welcoming space. Her approach is thoughtful and faith-centered, and I really appreciated how she helped me incorporate God into my healing process. A true blessing and would highly recommend her and her team!

I highly recommend Soul Counseling, where a warm and inviting office staff sets the tone for a supportive journey. Lourdes Berlanga is a shining example of compassion and kindness. She gives you an assessment, then sets up a treatment plan with you. She listens with a caring heart and provides you with the tools and strategies to overcome life's challenges. 🥰
This type of therapy is not for anyone that is not Christian. This style of therapy didn’t work for me. I was told that when I live with someone else there is no privacy or boundaries. I was hinted at that I was being selfish. Basically it was giving you need to obey thy father and mother no matter what vibes. First therapist in my life that went straight to defending my crazy, controlling mother. Also told I need to be more positive next session. They are great really nice and welcoming!! They speak both English and Spanish which is awesome and my therapist Dr. Felicia she is great, really has helped me work through a lot of my problems and issues.. the amount of improvement I’ve made is great and can’t wait for her to help me improve even more.
