I reached out through the salon’s website contact form on Monday, October 13, to ask for more information about a specific stylist. I also mentioned that if she wasn’t available, I’d be happy to be referred to someone else. It’s now Friday, October 17, and I still haven’t received a response. I completely understand that salons can get busy, but a quick reply or even an automated message would go a long way. I was really looking forward to booking an appointment, so it’s disappointing not to hear back.
10/10 seriously one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. Cannot recommend enough!
