I scheduled a colonscopy months ago and never heard from the office. I called in and then realized they scheduled me at the wrong office, had to reschedule and only appointment was afternoon which I was not happy about. When I went in for procedure the receptionist was outright rude during check in. After I was called back I had to wait about an hour, they were "running behind". PA Moo-Young was wonderful with my 91 year old dad. But many problems arose after his visit. CT order sent to HCA instead of Bon Secours, very difficult time getting them to straighten this out, very difficult getting them to help schedule the CT and have been waiting 9 days for Moo-Young to read the results. In the meantime my very elderly 91 year old dad is in extreme pain and no one there seems to care one bit. I feel this borders on incompetence and elder abuse. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
Very good at what he does. He made me feel cared for after I had my pacemaker done. He called my doctor and made sure I could get me procedure done. Great doctor!
Amanda Hall shouldn't be in the medical field... I'll keep it simple at leave it at that. This practice also doesn't like answering difficult questions... Avoid this practice at all costs
