I scheduled a colonscopy months ago and never heard from the office. I called in and then realized they scheduled me at the wrong office, had to reschedule and only appointment was afternoon which I was not happy about. When I went in for procedure the receptionist was outright rude during check in. After I was called back I had to wait about an hour, they were "running behind".
