Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this neurologist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Everyone in this practice was caring and responsive to our needs. Didn't have to ask anything they were ready with answers to questions I had not even thought of. Very thorough. Dr. Soueidan leaves no question to this firm sure knowledge base. The facility was very well maintained. My only regret is that Dr. Soueidan is not a primary care provider.
