It was clear that the office is used to various insurance billing.They made sure they took down all the information correctly and talked to me about what it was going to cost. I'm really impressed. The office staff was the downfall of the practice. The ones at the desk, and that answer the phone, are unhelpful, and often rude. They come off as lazy, and put things off for the last minute.
