Beautiful restaurant! The staff is friendly and knows the menu. The bartenders were great. We spoke about the bourbon class they had to take and they let me in on lot's of interesting facts i didn't know about certain alcohols. Their doughnuts are AMAZING. Use the leftover sauces to flavor a cup of coffee.. so tasty. Definitely my new favorite restaurant and reminded me of home in NYC <3
I took my lady here for her birthday recently. It's located on the lower level, and has a rustic old feel to it...sort of like stepping to a speakeasy. Very pleasant atmosphere. Chef Jerry Johnson and his associates went out of their way to make it a great experience for us! Everything tasted fantastic, and we had the chance to try a wide variety of the restaurant's specialties, all of which were good enough to order again on a future trip. I'll certainly be back.
Sotto is one of my favorite places in Cincinnati but tonight's experience topped the charts. My favorite dish is usually the tartare, but they have taken it off the menu for the season. I ordered the bolognese which was amazing. Halfway through the meal, our waiter Joe showed up with a treat.
