Without a doubt this is probably one of my top three go to massage therapists. Mark was very knowledgeable and adjust to quickly to any preferences I had for pressure or location. I would highly recommend reaching out and getting established with Mark and his team . I'm honestly trying to set up regular sessions just to ensure I'm able to get in with him!
I was able to experience the 4 handed massage for an hour + and I was very satisfied … I’m getting older and am in pain constantly from years at my job. The relaxation was great. The guys really know what they are doing and we’re in sync throughout the process. Their professionalism and knowledge of their craft was evident and I felt totally spoiled and cared for. The advice was great also and I looked fwd to another session someday.
It’s been a week since I had my first IFS session with Mark and the understandings, insights and healing from it are still reverberating within me. We explored a lot of inner territory but it never felt like too much. Mark is professional, kind, intuitive, compassionate and thorough. I am looking forward to my next session with him. I got a therapeutic massage by Mark. It is honestly the best massage I've ever had. He uses several techniques, including using his knee for extra pressure and a good amount of stretching, that would leave your body fully relaxed. He also made sure to ask the areas that were giving me trouble and worked them extra hard with advice to avoid future tightening. I would definitely encourage booking a session with him!
