The fried chicken was the biggest disappointment. The crazy part is it wasn't dry at all, which is rare for a half chicken. They definitely nailed the texture, but where was the seasoning? The menu mentioned "Ethiopian seasoning," and we didn't taste any. It honestly tasted like plain fried chicken. If they had actually seasoned it, it could've been one of the highlights of the menu b/c the chicken itself was cooked really well. Eating a fried chicken with literally no taste perplexed us lmao.
