Can reiterate what everyone here says. Mitch and his team are the some of the best and most reliable HVAC guys I have found. We went with them for our full replacement system. They were reasonably priced and better communicators than the other companies we received quotes from.
Mitch and his team deliver! I had a huge problem with our new construction and hvac - the unit was running all day and night. Mitch came in, took time and educated me on the basics and how the system works, taught me so much, went detective on me, and within 15 minutes figured out there was a hidden return vent mistakenly enclosed during the construction process. Mitch and Daniel are absolutely terrific and I highly recommend them! Our AC went out and Daniel was at the house within 48 hours. We booked the install of the new AC a few days later. They texted several times with the expected arrival time - showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. You won't see a website for Sosebee because they only operate by word of mouth. We were told we needed a new Heat Pump by another HVAC company, as they had said it was leaking refrigerant from multiple locations. We saw a post on Next Door about Sosebee, and decided to give them a try. When the tech from Sosebee came out, he advised that while the unit had a refrigerant leak, it was just one line that was leaking. The tech came back the next day with the part and fixed the unit. We were getting ready to buy a new system for around $10,000, and nine months later, the unit is still going strong.
