Excellent in every part of dealing with a non working AC system. I have basic knowledge of HVAC and report that they did the right thing in every step from diagnosis and logical repair of the old unit to ultimately installing (perfectly) a new unit. .... Hey Mitch. Update on S-- S-----'s recently installed new AC unit: working fine and quieter than older one. Thanx again for the good and timely work.
Brian was amazing. Responsive, on time and did a great job. I was having trouble with a mini split. They came out there next day to troubleshoot it and got my A/C working again.
Can reiterate what everyone here says. Mitch and his team are the some of the best and most reliable HVAC guys I have found. We went with them for our full replacement system. They were reasonably priced and better communicators than the other companies we received quotes from.
Mitch and his team deliver! I had a huge problem with our new construction and hvac - the unit was running all day and night. Mitch came in, took time and educated me on the basics and how the system works, taught me so much, went detective on me, and within 15 minutes figured out there was a hidden return vent mistakenly enclosed during the construction process.
