Mr. Sosa is lack of knowledge. He doesn't seem to know what he is doing. He did a horrible job. I paid him $350 cash and he sent me a text message saying I paid him. when I asked him for a formal receipt, he never answered me. Of course it was cash, no reason for him to return my calls. I would not recommend him to anybody. Do not throw your money away with him.
My mortgage company hired Brian Sosa to conduct an appraisal on a home I'm in the process of purchasing. He didn't use the most recent and relevant comps in an environment where home sales are rising quickly. My side provided more recent and relevant comps of homes that have sold on my block or very close to it. We submitted these comps through my mortgage company and asked Sosa Appraisals to consider these.
