Buddy did a roof inspection for me. Found one bad shingle, a branch pierced it. He was able to replace the one shingle. He and his assistant were very courteous, professional and reasonable. If you’re unsure you have a problem just have him come out and inspect.He’s honest and tells you what should be done. If nothing is wrong, he’ll give you a fair report.
