Beware the Slumlords at SOS Property Management – This is the WORST property management company I have ever used and I have had the misfortune of renting from them twice. The first time was in South Park and I only had to deal with their incredible lack of staffing and terrible customer service. My most recent apartment on 4th Avenue got bed bugs after seven months and SOS was completely unprofessional about the situation.
