Worst company to deal with ever! I can only assume these positive reviews are fake. Do NOT give them a deposit. Once I did this they became ghosts. I needed a fence installed in a certain time frame which they assured me they could do. After 5 phone calls without a single one being returned from the owner or his son I went to their office. Neither was there but a lady at the desk called them and they came about 30 min later. I did get my deposit back but the effort it took was extensive. Dan came out and gave us an estimate for our vinyl fence. It took a little longer than expected to get the materials to do the job, but they did get the job done. While out on the job site, the crew did an overall good job. However, I had to ask them to finish up a few items that should have been obvious such as making sure a gate was level, finishing filling in post holes with dirt and put a cap on a post that they forgot about. I wanted a short shadow box fence with a heavy duty gate built similarly to the one on the other side of my house. After another fence builder did not want to deal with my request, I contacted SOS Fence. With my instructions, photos, and input, Dan promptly directed his folks to build what I had in mind. Have called and left message 3 times once actually talked to lady in office will not even give courtesy of call back. Was told someone would come by and look at job. Never heard a word. 122 dragon circle.
