We've been using SOS Exterminating for over 5 years with no complaints. However, on our last service we received a new technician, John T, that sprayed our home while we were out. When we came back home we noticed we had a break-in from our side garage door complete with boot prints. SOS & Price I recently had a termite treatment from SOS with the 5 year warranty. Your company charged me $1395.00. With that you gave a 5 year warranty against damage to the building. You will check the house yearly and treat again if necessary. I own another property, and my property manager couldn't get an appointment arranged with your company, so I told her to go with Blue Sky and they were out today. Not happy with their service at all. I am constantly re-calling them out for my ant and spider problems outside. I feel like maybe they spray with water. I have never actually seen the ants or spiders go away. I also never know when they are going to come. Somone will call and say they are coming over the next day. That just doesn't work for me. I need to know ahead of time before they just decide to come over. They also did my termite spray and I am terrified about that!

Very Nice People We have been with SOS for a little over a year now and are very happy with their service. We have had a lot of financial problems and they have been very understanding and patient with us. Even when the techs would show up when I forgot to cancel because we couldn't afford to pay, they were very gracious and did not show a hint of irritation for making a worthless trip. Oh and they keep the bugs away for us too :)

unacceptable customer service 10 days after warranty expired, termite activity all along the north wall of my home. When I contacted the company, I was told that any service I requested would be at my own expense.

High quality service Not the cheapest service, but not out of line. The professional and neat job they did in treating a termite infestation in my home made it worth the slightly higher price. They are a fairly big company and will probably be around to back up up my 5 year guarantee. I checked them out with the Arizona Office of Pest Management ( http://www.sb.state.az.us/PCBusSearch.php ). Their employees are well trained, long term professionals.

SOS Exterminating SOS has done a great job of protecting our house from pests and termites. On our last extension of termite warranty coverage, a technician came out and found that we did have termites and that we needed a treatment. They have been very professional and have handled the problem in a professional and helpful way. I recommend them to all my friends for good service! PROS: Quick to service your home! Great Professional Staff. CONS: Pricing a little high.

Very Reputable There was a possibility of bees in my walls. I called SOS and they explained what to look for. They came to my home within, 4 hours of the first phone call. They checked everything to make sure there was no infestation. They did a thorough inspection of all the eaves of the house and the roof and garage. They assured me that there were no bees in my home, and explained all the signs to look for in case there are bees in the future. They also take care of all your bug problems, not just bees.
