The guy came to do an inspection for me because the building I just bought had some wood damage. He told me right away that withh all of the remodeling I was doing I was solving my own issue for the most part. He told me he couldn't justify my spending $1000+ for him to treat wood I would remove 30 days later. Because of his honesty I will use SOS every time I have need from now until forever. Guy's name was Dan and he knows what he's talking abot for sure.
