The office staff and doctor consistently talked "gruff" to us. She is an excellent doctor if you can stand the rudeness. We found a practice of most excellent doctors elsewhere that are the best, and speak with us on a respective level. When we left, we asked for the file records to forward to the new MD...and I received the run around on getting them. No none should have to call twice to get your own health records and then be told, they were forwarded to some other doctor in the past...which equivalates a "no."

Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
