It is a nice hotel, quiet, everywhere is very easy, close to Miami beach, there is also parking, the street is very clean and safe.🥰
Terrible accommodation! NEVER stay here, I was robbed at the valet! I've been trying to resolve this for two days now and the security office doesn't want to do anything for me, they discriminated against me for asking for someone who speaks Spanish since it's my first language, they hung up on me and laughed when they answered me and knew it was me! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! They never send us an access code to enter premises. We tried calling them 5-10 times and they never answered their phone. They have no front desk and they were “supposed to send an email with access code 24 hours before” but we never got it. We called “Expedia” the service we used to book the reservation and it has been a nightmare to get a refund from them as well. Even Expedia couldn’t reach them to get an access code!! Incredibly bad service! We stayed for 3 days. Our room was not cleaned even once and our towels were not even changed. We asked for towels on our departure day and they said "no"! The parking lot is only for 3 cars and we were fined for parking in front of the hotel. I never recommend it.
They do not provide room service and rooms are not as shown in pictures.
