This hotel is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen not only was the room, disgusting, moldy, and the The architecture and deplorable conditions. The hotel theft was rude and nasty and tries not to give you a refund For things that’s their responsibility Do not waste your time stay here I will upload a video to show. This is the nastiest place I’ve ever seen.
It was nearly impossible to see the address on the building at night, and it was impossible to reach anyone to ask for help. There was NO WIFI despite the promise of WIFI, the space had not been cleaned, and despite repeated attempts to reach the host, we were unsuccessful. They're gouging tourists. The only prompt service we got was that the maids showed up immediately after we left the building.
I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, the toilet was broken and the shower didn’t get hot. The TV NETFIX and other services were set to Spanish and we could not figure out how to change it. The only thing I appreciated was the restaurant. None of us were able to sleep while there. It was a horrible experience!
Terrible stay!! AC broke and no one came to fix it and we couldn’t not get in contact with property owners the entire time!
It is a nice hotel, quiet, everywhere is very easy, close to Miami beach, there is also parking, the street is very clean and safe.🥰
