Very accommodating, great food – Went to Sorrento recently with a small group of people, including a vegetarian and one with food allergies. The waitress went out of her way to accomondate our requests, recommended options and rememberes every "odd one"through out the night! The food is always great and I like their wine menu.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! BEST EVER! – I highly recommend this restaurant. They have AMAZING SERVICE, AMAZING FOOD, LOVE the AMBIANCE! Amazing Everything! Amazing Everything – I have always been a lover of good Italian food and this place has so many great dishes on their menu that you are hard pressed to decide what you want. Beautiful restaurant, great food! – My husband took me to Sorrento the other night for a romantic dinner. It was perfect. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food even better. This will definitely be our place to go from now on when we have a night out away from the kids!
Disappointing Food – We had high hopes on our first visit to this restaurant. Ambience is pleasant and the menu comprehensive. Such Wonderful Service – I think these last reviews must have came from another place called "sorrentos" because this place is beautiful, great ambiance, everyone was so helpful, from annete, the day time manager, to the the wait staff, to the bus boy, they all made this such a special night for me and my girlfriend, they accomated everything i asked for, and than some, this is truely the best place i have ever been ,and i think i will go back here to propose to her
Excellent service and food. Highly recommended. – I requested a special table, and they sat us at a fantastic quiet table in the corner with excellent ambiance. Do Not Go Here! – The owner is horrible!! I called after spending $100 at this restaraunt and the owner yelled at me when their computer over charged me. Instead of being a professional in the service industry he completely started yelling saying it was my problem and hung up on me. Regardless if the food is good, this kind of treatment should not be given to customers! there are much better places that will actually treat you with respect.
Awful – Bad food. Bad prices. Bad staff. Nothing positive to say.
