The staff is professinal and courteous,Ifind them to be role model. The facility is cleaner than most hospitals and is absolutely the finest run facilities I ever dealt with. Management and staff is fantastic. I rated this 12 out of 10. Keep up the good work. Happy customer Joe
The office staff in Carlsbad did a great job keeping me informed as to when a specific storage garage size became available. Renting it quickly as the moving van was on its way also went well. I would highly recommend this storage facility.
