Service is good and the woman and kind and nice and very helpful
I've been with this Storage facility for the last 3.5 years and have always had a great experience. Chris is extremely helpful, beyond patient and a very nice guy.
I've been renting a unit for several years and have always been pleased with service I received and how nice they keep the facilities. I would definitely go back there next time I needed to rent a storage unit.
I am a 100% disabled veteran. This my second round with smart self storage at eastlake. This time around I have been with them for about 3 1/2 years. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The units are clean and spacious, as well as the grounds of the whole complex. It is nice to here staff call you by name. It makes you feel like you are home and safe. I would especially like to thank Dawn, she is the nicest and most heart warming person. Thanks to her and staff. this is why I stay!!

I have used this storage facility for a lot of years for different reasons (storing for in-laws, when we renovated the house, personal items at times and for business file overflow). They are the best in accommodating your needs and go out of their way to help you.
