She does a thoroughly professional cleaning, is sensitive to my hydration needs, points out the areas that need attention, does not indulge in any lecture on better dental technique that would be irritating to me, and engages in friendly banter that keeps me distracted and entertained during my appointment. Prompt and wonderful are my terms to emphasize for this practice.
