By far the worst complex I have ever lived in. Management is horrible and have ignored all of my issues. The neighbors above me let their children run and jump on the floors all day and since there is hardwood flooring up there I can hear everything. Do not rent here. This place needs to close asap.
Dog crap everywhere, complaints about loud residents go unchecked. We got bed bugs from the previous renters. There is a black truck with a loud modified exhaust that warms up his truck every morning at 6:30am for 15-20min. There are people that live here and smoke on the premises. This is suppose to be a smoke free community. Oh and did mention the dog crap everywhere.
RecommendedWe spent two years at Cortland Morrison Plantation. The stylish apartments are well built compared to most and the amenities are great. Jamie and the rest of the office and maintenance staff were always kind and helpful.

Sorrel has been such a lovely place to live! My husband and I love the community, amenities and staff here at Sorrel. We have made great friends through all the events that all the wonderful personnel put on. Jamie, Brittany and the rest of the front office staff always welcome you with a big smile and are incredibly helpful.
Sorrel has been a great place to live so far. Jamie is awesome! The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and helpful. Not only are the facilities clean but they are always asking for feedback on everything to make it an even better place to live. I highly recommend Sorrel to anyone looking in this area!
Simply put: they really care! They go above & beyond and coordinate awesome events for all of us to enjoy!
