Pathetic customer service. The lady at the reception doesn’t have the basic manners of communication. Rude behaviour in general.
Thank you to hygienist Julie, for her considerate care. She carefully explained my dental issues and gave me treatment options in a positive manner. She also provided invaluable tips on how to improve my dental hygiene in the future. Things I didn’t know! Julie’s positivity and kind attention were greatly appreciated.
