I was a new patient last week. First of all, I went to the wrong location because I was not informed when I scheduled that Dr. Sorey was at a different location. Then once I finally got to the new location, the staff was sweet as pie. However, I was very displeased with Dr. Sorey. When she walked in, she never introduced herself. Being a new patient, and not to mention blind at the moment since I didn’t have my contacts in, you would think that would be the first thing she did.
