My sister & I had a fantastic day at this spa! The massages & facials were wonderful! Keisha & Katy were very professional, warm & charming! I recommend this as a special treat for all the ladies!

I walked in after leaving another salon disappointed and Rachel fixed me all up just like that! She did amazing work. I like thicker highlights/lowlights to give my hair some dimension and she was able to get the thickness just right. Love my cut as well, my hair feels and looks healthier! She was such a doll and answered all my questions. I will definitely be going back.
I did not have a good waxing experience. Due to the area I had waxed, I don't want to go into too much detail on Facebook but apparently I was used as kind of a guinea pig and it backfired. I know waxing isn't pleasant (I've been waxed before) but this was terrible. I'd be happy to go into more detail with an owner/manager. The only reason I gave anything other than a 1 star is because the customer service I received before the appointment was great and the salon itself is clean and pretty. But I won't be back.
This place is amazing! Sara has been my stylist for several years and she is incredible! Her new salon is beautiful and upscale....when you walk in, you forget you are in Fayetteville! This place is a must see!
