I have been getting my hair done by Crystal for years now. She has done an excellent job each time. She has confidence and passion in what she does which makes you feel comfortable getting your hair done by her. I won't have anyone else do my hair b/c I know with her what I am getting and I know I can trust her.
Crystal is amazing! We drive from Tacoma and it is perfect every time. She truly loves what she does and has a lot of pride in her work.
Crystal has been doing my hair for several years and she does an incredible job! I see her about every 7 weeks for all over color/highlights and a cut. She really listens to you if you want to change things up and is honest if she doesn't think a cut/color would work on you. You know you have a great haircut when strangers ask you who cuts your hair and that happens to me often! :)
I am fairly new to the Seattle area... so when needing to have my hair done, I asked a trusted friend whose hair ALWAYS looks great! She did not hesitate and immediately recommended Crystal from Sorella Salon. I have to say, "I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!" In fact, the salon itself felt warm and comfortable and Crystal made an already nice experience truly WONDERFUL! I love to get opinions on color... her opinion was PERFECT! I have received many compliments. I WILL go back to her again.
Crystal is the best!!! I have been going Crystal for my cuts and colors for a little bit over a year now, but before that had spent plenty of money on Gene Juarez, Obadiah, and consistently had horrible cuts and color that just plain was not what I had asked for. I'm super SUPER picky about anyone doing my hair and she was so great! Not only did she do a great job, she really listened, was helpful and knew what would work and what wouldn't with my hair. And because it's thin and fine- I needed that. I would reccomend her to anyone! The salon is friendly too!
Crystal is the best!. I got a terrible haircut at another salon and she was able to squeeze me in that day and fix my hair. (It had to be cut really short but she did a great job and it was super cute). The Salon itself is beautiful and everyone is super friendly. I highly recommend it!
Best place ever...The staff is amazing, my stylist Crystal gave me the perfect haircut . Would definitely go back and tell all my friends and family!!!!
Crystal is THE BEST, I feel at ease and trust her completely. She is so nice (I really don't like going to "pamper myself" cause it's always akward small talk) but she really gets to know you and you get to know her AND she spells my name correctly!!!!!! But most important, my mom and husband LOVE my hair when I have her unleash her talent!! Please go see Crystal, you will never look anywhere else again.
