I attempted two times to make a purchase on their site using Paypal to checkout. Both times Paypal processed the authorization and put a hold on my money. Sorel then had an error on their end which caused the order to fail. I attempted 1 more time without paypal and I made the purchase successfully. Every other company I have ever dealt with cancels pending paypal authorizations after 2-3 days. After 3 weeks Sorel had still not released the 2 pending charges for $76 each.
