Horrible customer service. Front desk receptionists and back office employees no patience at all, rude tone, horrible service. Doctors are the best but staff are definitely not. Except for Ana who works on the referrals, very nice and communicative with concerns. Looking around for another clinic for future services!
Have gone there for many, many years. It’s had hard times and bad ones, especially with Covid. But overall a good place for diet consultation and weight management. Yes it seems that some patients go in before others that’s because it’s two different sections. Clinic and diet. Thanks Soraya Medical.
