I have been a client since 2014. I rravel by TTC from Etobicoke and it takes me an hour to get there, so I am making quite the effort 2 hours there and back with seevral transit means. The subway was stuck for 25 minutes because someone threw themselves on the track and I was 3 stops before. I had my hair cut with stylist Kisa and I am just loving it. Initially I was not able to understand but then I just mentioned Kisa to do as per her suggestion as she knows better than me. Thank you so much. Whoever is reading this from salon, please mention Kisa that I liked it and everyone nearby are appreciating it. Also, it was first time hair cut in Canada.
I had a wonderful experience with Serra! She was friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to all my concerns. She offered great suggestions and made sure I was comfortable with every step. I’m very happy with my haircut and the overall service. Serra will definitely be my go-to stylist from now on
