This experience was extremely disappointing. We brought our dog in for an allergy shot and had already prepared complete vaccination records and a recent full health examination report. All vaccines and exams were performed by a licensed veterinary clinic. However, the staff clearly stated that they would only proceed if the vaccinations and examination were done at their own clinic. Thank you for your response and explanation. We understand the legal requirement in California to establish a Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR), and we fully respect the need for a veterinarian to evaluate a pet’s current health before administering any treatment. However, we believe your implementation of this policy is overly rigid and lacks reasonable flexibility. I’m really careful about where I choose to take Pepper, and I’m so glad I found Dr. Doi and his team at Sora Animal Hospital. Dr. Doi is honest and takes his time to explain what actually helps (and what doesn’t). He doesn’t want pet owners to waste money on unnecessary things, and you can tell he and his staff genuinely care about every pet that walks through their door. Hopefully Pepper doesn’t have to visit often, but if she does, I know she’ll be in great hands at Sora Animal Hospital.

Absolutely the best veterinary clinic we've ever been to. とても素敵な動物病院です。特にアフターフォローの手厚さには感動しました。 体調を崩して受診した際は、必ずその日のうちに、診察でのお話や今後の治療方針をまとめたファイルをメールで送ってくださいます。日本語で丁寧に記載されているので、とても助かりました。さらに、数日後にはお電話で「その後の調子はいかがですか？」とご連絡をいただくなど、細やかなフォローアップもしてくださいます。 土居先生をはじめ、スタッフの皆さんも愛犬に優しく接してくださり、「本当に動物が好きな方々なんだな」と感じられました。 これまでアメリカでいくつかの動物病院を利用してきましたが、ここまで親身に相談に乗ってくださる先生はいませんでした。約2年間、大変お世話になりました。 また、最期を迎えたあとにいただいたsympathy cardの絵とメッセージにもとても感動しました。とても嬉しかったです。 🌈最期まで本当にありがとうございました💐🐾
