I have rented storage units from Sopris Self Storage for over a year and one half. I gave them five stars. if available, I would have given them six stars. Management and staff are very service oriented and treated to me as though I was their only customer. The properties include modern technologies, such as, their phone app providing convenient access to the property and storage units. Super efficient and easy was able to do everything remotely and when I got to the location, I could Unload my stuff right into my storage unit
VERY impressed by how easy it is to sign up and to use the storage space, which is brand new. The automation made available through the phone app is fantastic. I'm new, but so far so good!
The system that you use kind of sucks but Jessica once again bailed me out so please take care of your employees
I am not one to normally leave reviews, but I felt I should highlight how great Sopris Self Storage was. I am a truck driver and move families household good all over the US and drive an extremely large truck, (80 ft), we had a customer storing some of her goods at Sopris. I call the office and spoke with Chad, not only was he extremely nice and friendly, he even took the time to step outside and send me pictures of the driveway and street view showing we could fit our Semi on their property to make our lives easier on loadi... read more
