I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered yesterday on the day of someone’s surgery, and they were not delivered. They are still not there yet. I tried calling multiple times but their voicemail is full.
I placed the same day order with Sophisticated Blooms for delivery, I received a confirmation email but we never received the flowers. I also received the email stating they've been delivered, however, they were never delivered as they were supposed to come to my office which logs deliveries. Very disappointed-what a scam.
Ordered flowers for a friend and was told they would be delivered that day. They were not. I was very specific on what flowers to choose...there were plenty of greens and few flowers. The green hydrangeas were wilted, looked dead. Disappointed!!!! Spent plenty of cash on them.
I have been coming to Sophisticated Blooms for over 4 months now and they deliver high quality every time! Javier is an expert florist and really great guy who has always been able to get me exactly what I need- whether its flowers for business, personal or holidays. The flowers are always fresh and last a very long time. If you need flowers for any arrangement, look no further! Highly recommend.

I placed my second order today with Sophisticated Blooms. And once again, everything was perfect! I've been able to place a same-day-delivery order each time and the flowers and delivery have been outstanding. Thank you so much! Highly recommended for the Denver area.
Received flowers for Valentines Day, they were already wilted and brown on the edges and the card had misspelled words. Asked my boyfriend if that was what he ordered and he said it looked nothing like the picture he saw when placing the order.
