We initially chose to work with Sophie because of her stellar sales record. Sophie was always extremely thoughtful and responsive in guiding us through both purchasing a new home and selling our existing one. Truth be told, she kept us from making stupid decisions along the way. Her whole team was great: from renovating our kitchen, to the beautifully staging, to keeping us on track with paperwork. For those looking for someone with a pulse on the market then go with Sophie.
We chose to work with Sophie for selling our home. She has a great reputation in the Berryessa area of San Jose and she gives great advice. Her team was really pleasant to work with. They were prompt and supported us along the way with necessary documentation, repairs etc. Overall, the process went really smooth. We would gladly recommend Sophie to anyone selling their home in bay area.
