Office personel are very helpful, very kind. I moved here 2015 with my husband and they help so much.The track for walking is great and I feel very safe here.
5 Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I just moved to Fairbanks a month ago, my husband got order to Ft. Wainwright. Sophie Plaza was first on our list after a few days of looking around. Clean place inside and out, very good customer services from the office front desk, they help you through out the whole process and answer all questions. We even have a storage with them. After you leave there are so many fees, that you don’t even know about. $25 fees for this, $25 for that. They have a “carpet cleaner for $20” and it never work, you have to rent your own. The staff are RUDE, the entire place is outdated. They charge $25 for 16 tokens to use washer and dryers and they never work. I absolutely do not recommend this place, 😒
I absolutely loved the staff at Willow woods but the apartment was very dark. So far Everyone at Sophie Plaza has been very welcoming and respectful! The staff is willing to answer any and all questions. I look forward to a great year here.
Decent rooms, very reasonable price. Love the saltwater taffy at the front desk!
