Sophie was very responsive and quickly understood what I was looking for. She helped me find a place I love that was right on budget on a very quick timeline. She took me to see lots of places (at my request), negotiated with the landlords to get what I wanted, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.
Sophie is great at what she does and I highly recommend her! She was the third agent I worked with in finding my first home. Through my experience, I found agents that were not experts in the market (i.e., couldn't provide valuable context on price, comps, process, etc.), and others that simply didn't listen to what was important to me. Sophie listened, understood my criteria, and worked hard to find me my first home. She was patient (I told her I was in no rush) but urgent when a property of interest popped up.
