Wonderful instructor! Sophie is knowledgeable, attentive and always takes the time to make sure you have the correct posture. SPR is a great place to improve your strength and flexibility in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Sophie’s teaching is generous and genuine. Her cueing is next level and she has an incredible eye for alignment. No matter your age or experience, you leave her classes moving and standing better.
I have done Pilates both floor and transformer on and off for over 25 years. I have been learning with Sophie Perducar for about five years because she is the best instructor by far which I have experienced. No one gives the detailed adjustments like Sophie. She also helps to prevent injuries with her meticulous adjustments. Her classes are head and shoulders superior to any others I have experienced. And the studio is easy to access and the parking free and the surroundings lovely.
Doing Pilates with Sophie has been a game changer. She builds new, targeted routines each time and it’s always a great work out. Having never done Pilates or anything similar until 40+, she made the learning process smooth and enjoyable. 5 stars.
