Dr Austin has quickly become my favorite primary care doctor. She is kind, compassionate, and easy to talk to. She listens intently, provides several care options, and never pressures you into choosing a specific one. I also love that she explains a process before she does it (ex. Pap smear) and then in live time walks you through it as well. I started seeing Dr Austin from a coworker’s recommendation and now I happily recommend her to anyone who asks for assistance finding their own primary care doctor.
I thinks she's the best. She takes the time to listen to me and my concerns, and makes the appropriate recommendations or referrals. I travel 45 minutes for my bi-yearly appointments, and won't go anywhere else. I use the online portal to ask simple questions and she's always very responsive.
Dr. Austin listened to all of my concerns and explained everything she recommended. She is the first doctor I’ve seen that actually made me feel like they care about my health! I’ve never felt so comfortable talking to a doctor like I did with Dr. Austin!
Very attentive to my health problems, always has a smile of her face and answers all my questions! She also always answers my emails!
